We are now looking for a motivated Junior Finance Specialist who is eager to grow professionally, contribute to our finance operations, and support our team in delivering high-quality ERP-based financial services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in basic accounting tasks (invoices, payments, bookkeeping).
- Support monthly reconciliations and financial closings.
- Prepare simple financial reports (cash flow, P&L summaries).
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with fiscalization and compliance tasks.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, especially new software tools (like Odoo).
Nice to have
- Basic experience with accounting or ERP systems.
- Understanding of Albanian tax and fiscal rules.
- Familiarity with data handling (CSV, Excel imports).
- Interest in ERP/tech-finance career development.
