What will you do: You will be on charge of implementation projects from a to z. You will manage your team and be a proper LEADER that knows how to deliver and put others before himself. We don't want you to scream, but to think and be patient.
Responsibilities
- Understand Clients Requirements
- Lead the Projects of Implementations
- Lead your Team
- Deliver the Project in Time and on-Budget
- Prepare Work Plan and Documentation
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Strong Communication Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Perfect Written and Spoken English
- Perfect Written and Spoken Albanian
Nice to have
- GPA 8.5 or Higher
- Passion for Software Products
- Knowledge in Different ERP
- Worked in Big-4s
